Good quality, well cooked, what we Bengalis call ‘muri’! The original rice which has been used is of a nice, tasty quality. The nicest part is, that unlike a lot of puffed rice that is sold in Cash and Carry s, this is fresh – it does not taste like it was cooked for people in history books!!
